A Day In The Life
This is a project that I helped my daughter with. It is a fairly comprehensive multi-media exploration of the song "A Day In The Life..." utilizing all the common sources (Lewishon, Anthology, McCartney, Playboy etc) as well as video and sound. Don't even bother looking at this unless you have high speed bandwidth because it was designed to be viewed from a CD. Also, you're going to need Quicktime installed in your browser and preferrably set it as your MP3 player as well. Once again, this was designed for a specific purpose and I'm just putting it on the web, well, because I own the company and I can.

Sound Bytes

Click on the links below to download a selected sound byte.

John and Yoko interviewed by Fred Peabody of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation while at their 'Bed-In' at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, May 1969. This interview runs for 10m55s (2.3Mb QT).

Paul, George and Ringo performing Blue Moon of Kentucky (500k .mov) from Good Morning America, Dec 6, 1996. You can see some captured images from the video of that performace at Randall Rhea's page (who also provided the sound byte you may have just heard).

John performing Free As A Bird (740k .mov) on which the 1996 release was based.
